Yes, be sure to hang dry your apparel if possible to preserve the Athlounge® material.
If you decide to dry your Athlounge® items be sure to turn them inside out to preserve the outter layer of fabric, turn on low heat, and use the "tumble dry" feature.
Wearing your Athlounge® items while wet may stretch the fabrics and materials making them less firm and less likley to snap back into their original form.

SHIPPING / TRACKING
Please allow 1-3 days for your order to be processed and between 1-14 business days for your order to arrive. If more than 14 business days have passed please email us at sales@kouiiwear.com to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

All addresses containing an apartment, condo, or unit address will need to be added to the shipping address at checkout and will need to be signed for at delivery to ensure all products have been delivered to the correct address.

If our return center is not allowing you to open your order it is because you are past the 30 day return/refund/exchange window.

No, all SALE items and UNDER $20 items are nonrefundable and final sale with purchase.
Gift cards, SALE Items, Under $20 Items, Limited Edition Items, Shipping cost for partial orders, Lost/Stolen Items and/or packages, Damaged product in the customers control such as misuse of the item/items, Giveaway entries.
No, Any and all purchases, purchased on a GIFT CARD, will only be credited back to the original gift card used at checkout. Cash refunds on gift cards are not available.
Items with animal/human hair all over them, Items with strong odor or stains, Items with any marks such as deodorant, Items with excessive wrinkles, or worn down, Items that have been in the washer and dryer, Items that have been worn and not washed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If item is defective and or/damaged after receiving, please email kouiiwearinfo@gmail.com or sales@kouiiwear.com images of your defective or damaged item. A free replacement item will be sent to you at no cost. You will need to submit an "exchange" request on the website under the 'Community > Return Center' tab. You will need to select the same item you are exchanging for. Your shipping cost back to our HQ will be covered on our end through the return center.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the specified address. Please see 'Return center' for more instructions. A label will be sent to you for your convenience. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
