Shipping Policy

Please allow 1-3 days for your order to be processed and between 1-14 business days for your order to arrive. If more than 14 business days have passed please email us at sales@kouiiwear.com to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

All addresses containing an apartment, condo, or unit address will need to be added to the shipping address at checkout and will need to be signed for at delivery to ensure all products have been delivered to the correct address. 

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the items in your cart. Shipping costs are based on carrier rates. Shipping within the 50 states of the United States will be free of charge. Shipping to US territories, military bases, and other countries may be subject to shipping charges.

Offline Shipping: We do not offer offline shipping. Orders must be placed through the website www.koouiiwear.com in order to be eligible for shipping. 

We, KOUII® Athleisure - Lounge LLC, are not responsible for orders that are delivered to the wrong address if the order is typed in wrong at checkout. There will be no refund available or the reshipment of items.
