KOUII® Athleisure - Lounge LLC offers a 30-day return policy after the product has been delivered and received. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund, exchange or a store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the sizing tags, labels, and hangtags still attached. Item/items must also be in the original packaging. However, if item is not in this condition, you will not be eligible for a refund. In order for the shipping to be granted as well, you must be returning all item/items purchased for the specific order being refunded. If you only return a portion of the order - you will not be granted a shipping refund for that order.

Any and all purchases, purchased on a GIFT CARD, will only be credited back to the original gift card used at checkout. Cash refunds on gift cards are not available.
For sanitary reasons - we do not accept:
- Items with animal/human hair all over them
- Items with strong odor or stains
- Items with any marks such as deodorant
- Items with excessive wrinkles, or worn down
- Items that have been in the washer and dryer
- Items that have been worn and not washed
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Contact us directly in the event of a refund. Please see 'Return Center' at the top or bottom of the website - enter your order # and email to view your recent purchase. Please note: If 30 days have gone by since you're purchase unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund, exchange or a store credit. Therefore, you will not be eligible to view your purchase in the "Return Center" Please start the refund/exchange/return process within the 30 days.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. KOUII® Athleisure - Lounge LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items - a refund ore replacement will not be granted. We do not refund shipping cost for partial orders. Products damaged by the customer such as washing, drying, tearing, staining, ripping, and all other issues related to the customers misuse will not be eligible for a refund, return, or exchange.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please see 'Return Center' on our website. Your shipping cost will be covered.
Defective and/or Damaged Items
If item is defective and or/damaged after receiving, please email email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org images of your defective or damaged item. A free replacement item will be sent to you at no cost. You will need to submit an "exchange" request on the website under the 'Community > Return Center' tab. You will need to select the same item you are exchanging for. Your shipping cost back to our HQ will be covered on our end through the return center.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the specified address. Please see 'Return center' for more instructions. A label will be sent to you for your convenience.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
